Your Payment Information

When a purchase is completed, Lune and Linen, as the company operating Sandmere, can access the order information needed to fulfil and support your purchase, such as your billing details, shipping details, order contents, payment status and limited payment information. We do not have access to your full card number or card security code.

Please do not send payment-card details to us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or any other customer-service channel.
